Microphase maintains an extensive library of standard power amplifier designs that cover octave, wideband, and multi-octave bands. These existing designs or standard models which are based on proprietary design architectures can be modified according to customer specifications and application to deliver fully customized and optimized amplifier solutions at no additional cost. GaN and GaAs FETs are employed in most existing designs with DC operating voltage in the 12 to 15 VDC range.
