OUR TEAM Quality Customer Assurance has been an integral part of everything we do at Microphase since our beginning over 50 years ago. Our customers demanded it then, and that tradition continues today. Our Quality and Customer Assurance Management System is applicable to the design and manufacture of RF components and subsystems for the military microwave and the broadband telecommunications industries. It provides comprehensive evidence to all customers, suppliers and employees, outlining specific controls that are implemented to ensure product quality. An internal Quality Focus Team establishes and reviews quality objectives, appropriate management reviews, adequate training of employees, adherence to proven procedures, and total commitment to meeting and exceeding customer requirements.
